The church has used this discipleship principle to build the largest small group network in the world: 30,000 small groups in a single congregation!
"César Castellanos is also a politician. On March 8, 1998 he became an elected member of the Colombia House of Representatives. His wife served in the Colombian Senate from 1992 to 1994 and has announced her intention to run again.
