Step 1:

Create an account in Gmail. Just Go to gmail.google.com . After creating your Gmail account go to  Gmail Inbox and confirm all the verification sent to you by Google.

Step 2:

Download and install the Google Voice And Video Setup to your PC. If the installation has been done, do restarting your browser (e.g. Mozilla,Internet Explorer) or close your browser and open it again.

Step 4: 

Sign in back to your Gmail Account .
